I’m a Certified Resume Writer and Career Coach who helps experienced professionals secure stronger roles, higher pay, and elevated titles by fixing how their experience is positioned and interpreted by hiring decision-makers.

Most of my clients aren’t underqualified — their experience simply isn’t translating clearly in today’s market. I work with professionals navigating remote roles, promotions, career pivots, and complex transitions who want to stop guessing and move forward with confidence.

Through OSPP, I provide strategic, 1:1 resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn positioning, along with targeted career coaching and advisory support. I also lead high-impact workshops and ERG sessions for organizations focused on career mobility, retention, and advancement.
