This isn't a message for you to:

This is a message for you to lower your expectations a bit.
Companies hire candidates to solve an already existing business need.
If you only meet 20% of the requested qualifications, how will you complete the ask?
How can they fully trust you can complete the job without guidance or hand-holding?
Just be a little more aware of where and what you're applying to.
I know you are in dire need of a job, but businesses also are in need of a resolution to their problem.
So I ask this:

🌟Is your LinkedIn up to date?
🌟Are you showcasing your accomplishments?
🌟Are you showcasing how you could be an added value?
🌟Are you listing transferable skills?
🌟Are your resume and LinkedIn telling the same story?
🌟Are you applying to positions where you meet 50% of the qualifications?
🌟 Are you reading the qualifications area?
🌟 Are you using your network to accelerate your job search journey?
